Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages from Amazon facilities to customer destinations
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service across Tampa Bay
- Provide exceptional customer service during package delivery and address customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report operational discrepancies
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper package loading and security
- Adapt to dynamic delivery demands and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Tampa metro area
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
