Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon-branded delivery vehicles to transport packages on designated routes
- Maintain excellent customer service during package deliveries and pick-ups
- Follow GPS navigation systems and optimize routes for timely deliveries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Accurately scan and track packages using Amazon technology systems
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Experience with delivery, logistics, or transportation preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with smartphone apps and navigation systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and reporting
