Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vans to transport packages safely and efficiently across designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages using Amazon technology
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety compliance, and daily maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and pickups
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery in all weather conditions
- Collaborate with warehouse team to load/unload packages efficiently
- Adhere to all Amazon safety protocols and DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Cincinnati area
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery scanning apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
