Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Load, secure, and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle package discrepancies
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Adhere to Amazon's delivery standards and quality metrics
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
