Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers within designated Fort Worth routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate loading of packages
- Adhere to all Amazon safety policies and DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
