Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages on assigned routes
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and proper maintenance documentation
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and safety protocols
- Use handheld technology for route navigation and package tracking
- Report delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Assist in sorting and organizing packages at the fulfillment center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation apps
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
