Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages along designated routes
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory counts
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Utilize handheld devices for route navigation and package tracking
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle damage promptly
- Complete daily delivery logs and performance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
