Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to customers
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency using provided technology
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's delivery standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading/unloading
- Represent Amazon with professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Tucson metropolitan area
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
