Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and confirm package receipt with customers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet efficiency targets
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at fulfillment centers
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or B required
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
