Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Baton Rouge routes efficiently
- Load/unload packages with precision and handle customer deliveries professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate delivery exceptions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Amazon's delivery standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading processes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Baton Rouge geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
