Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Efficiently load/unload packages and ensure accurate delivery to customer doorsteps
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and address inquiries professionally
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily performance targets
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year driving experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned depot location
- Pass background check and drug screening as required
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
