Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Efficiently manage daily delivery routes using provided technology and GPS navigation
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and customer interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and resolve route issues
- Adhere to all company policies regarding package handling and security
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in commercial or delivery setting
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Proficiency with mobile technology and route navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
