Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in various weather and traffic conditions
- Efficiently sort, scan, and deliver packages using Amazon technology
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicle and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow all safety protocols and Amazon delivery standards
- Complete daily delivery routes accurately and on schedule
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using handheld technology for package scanning
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
