Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools for efficient delivery schedules
- Verify package integrity and customer signatures while maintaining delivery accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations during all operations
- Communicate delivery status updates through Amazon's mobile applications
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Support warehouse loading/unloading operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A/B) or valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull heavy carts
