Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks and AGI frameworks
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging AI ethics and alignment methodologies
- Drive commercialization of at least 3 breakthrough technologies by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum publications (h-index >30)
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience scaling AI systems to 100M+ user environments
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and international research institutions
