Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for Artificial Intelligence and Quantum integration.
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future technologies (Neural Interfaces, Synthetic Data).
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats for the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding for high-risk, high-reward R&D initiatives.
- Oversee the development of proprietary algorithms designed for the post-silicon era.
- Communicate complex future-tech concepts to diverse stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Tech roles, with a focus on long-term planning.
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts years in advance.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale teams through periods of radical innovation.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and executive presence skills.
