Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in building scalable ML solutions
- Research and implement next-gen AI frameworks (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Establish ethical AI governance protocols and compliance frameworks
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and A/B testing
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging AI methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in transformer architectures and generative models
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI-related field
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and bias mitigation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) ML services
- Strong background in quantum computing fundamentals
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
