What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the 2026 AI Vision and long-term innovation strategy for the organization.

- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current operations.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI, ensuring compliance and responsible deployment.
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our competitive landscape.
- Build and mentor a team of elite data scientists and strategists.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
