Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in strategic technology roles
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and AI-quantum convergence
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with published research in Nature/Science
- Experience with generative AI architectures (Diffusion Models, GPT-4+)
