Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D for next-gen AI models (transformers, diffusion systems, multi-agent frameworks)
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory landscape
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial solutions
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders Program
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants and partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent industry breakthroughs)
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning research with proven impact
- Published 10+ papers at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Expertise in at least two: reinforcement learning, neuro-symbolic AI, or quantum machine learning
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow mastery
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale distributed computing (AWS/GCP)
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems serving 1M+ users
