Job Description
Join Nexus Future Labs at the forefront of 2026's technological revolution. We're pioneering next-generation AI systems that will redefine human-machine interaction, quantum computing applications, and autonomous decision frameworks. As an AI Research Scientist, you'll architect solutions for problems that don't yet exist—shaping the future while it's being built.
Our cross-disciplinary team combines neuroscience, quantum algorithms, and emergent AI paradigms to create breakthroughs that impact global sustainability, healthcare, and space exploration. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, quantum physicists, and ethical AI pioneers in a culture that values audacious thinking over incremental progress.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era challenges (quantum-neural hybrids, autonomous ethical frameworks)
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and bias mitigation for high-stakes systems
- Develop prototypes using quantum computing simulators and next-gen hardware
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global tech summits
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging AI paradigms
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research within 18-month cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years developing production AI systems with measurable impact
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Publication record at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier conferences
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with federated learning and edge AI deployment
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into commercial applications
