Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-enhanced AI optimization algorithms
- Author peer-reviewed research on explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-inspired computing models
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production-grade AI systems
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and secure research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in cutting-edge AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ papers in top-tier AI/ML venues (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 10M+ parameter model deployment experience
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Track record of securing $500K+ in competitive research grants
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq) and quantum cloud platforms
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
