Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Develop novel algorithms for swarm intelligence and distributed autonomous systems
- Author breakthrough research publications for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Translate theoretical models into production-grade implementations using PyTorch and TensorFlow Quantum
- Mentor junior researchers in our 2026 Fellowship program
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research outcomes in healthcare and logistics sectors
- Secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies with real-world applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with focus on AI/ML (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of experience publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, swarm robotics, neural-symbolic AI
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Strong track record of translating research into practical applications
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark)
