Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype AI solutions for climate modeling
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for 2026 research initiatives
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on quantum computing projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (2020-2026)
- 3+ years of experience with quantum ML frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on AI optimization
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum annealing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
- Security clearance for DoD projects preferred
- Track record of securing NSF or NIH grants
