Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-enhanced AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype AI solutions for healthcare, climate modeling, and space exploration
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D sprints
- Secure external funding through NSF grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with focus on machine learning
- 3+ years of experience developing production-grade AI systems
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature/Science journals
- Proven ability to translate theoretical research into practical applications
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and GPU acceleration
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and responsible research practices
