Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in healthcare, climate science, and autonomous systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for disruptive AI technologies
- Optimize large-scale neural networks using quantum computing frameworks
- Mentor PhD researchers and present findings at global AI summits
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for responsible deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with quantum computing exposure
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Published record in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Nature)
- Strong background in deep learning, NLP, and computational physics
- Proven ability to secure federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Experience with MLOps and large-scale distributed training systems
