Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum-ML fusion algorithms
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to develop hybrid computing models
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates in our AI Accelerator program
- Drive commercialization of AI patents through our incubator
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years research
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and tensor networks
- Published ≥3 papers in AI/quantum venues (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, PennyLane)
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes)
- Track record of translating research into commercial products
- Strong background in ethics and responsible AI development
