Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems optimized for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Integrate emerging quantum computing concepts into classical machine learning pipelines to enhance processing power.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements and drive innovation in autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and preferably Quantum Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
