Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for next-gen AI applications
- Develop advanced NLP and computer vision systems for real-time data processing
- Architect ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and compliance with evolving regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Lead technical workshops on emerging AI paradigms and industry best practices
- Optimize model performance using distributed computing and edge deployment strategies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or proven commercial AI product deployment
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and transfer learning techniques
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD for ML, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers
