Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Machine Learning models and algorithms.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production applications.
- Research and implement new techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI division.
- Ensure model reliability, scalability, and ethical AI standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and neural networks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
