Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI solutions across business units
- Create predictive analytics models to drive data-driven decision making
- Establish KPIs for AI performance and continuously optimize systems
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for strategic implementation
- Present AI roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in AI/ML architecture and MLOps
- Proven expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI
- Strong background in data engineering and distributed systems
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., Google AI, Microsoft Responsible AI)
- Experience leading AI transformation projects in Fortune 500 environments
