Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy aligning with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch 3-5 breakthrough AI products annually
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems ensuring alignment with global regulations
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech giants to accelerate R&D
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching AI products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) with >500 citations
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ AI innovations with measurable societal impact
