Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Anticipate societal and economic disruptions through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and business strategy
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and stakeholder education
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact and ethical compliance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in AI strategy, tech innovation, or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips)
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or future studies (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
