Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 AI strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and domain experts to prototype next-gen AI solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system accountability
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation initiatives

- Secure $10M+ in research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years AI research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in developing AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research funding
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI and AGI safety protocols
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating AI systems with measurable societal impact
