Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting 2026 technology adoption curves across 15+ industries
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems in high-stakes environments
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype quantum-encrypted neural networks
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author white papers on human-AI symbiosis and cognitive augmentation
- Manage a $5M R&D budget for experimental AI projects targeting 2026 deployment
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years experience in applied AI research with Fortune 500 deployment
- Published work in Nature/Science on human-computer interaction
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in predictive modeling frameworks (Bayesian, agent-based, etc.)
- Security clearance for government-level AI projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused technology roadmaps
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
