Responsibilities
- Analyze AI convergence patterns with biotech, climate tech, and space exploration sectors
- Develop predictive models for 2026 workforce automation impacts
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops on human-AI symbiosis strategies
- Produce white papers on quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify 2026 market disruptors
- Architect adaptive learning systems for rapid skill evolution
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years applied research
- Published work on AGI safety frameworks or neural-symbolic integration
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference tools
- Experience with quantum computing APIs or neuromorphic hardware
- Track record of influencing tech policy at national level
