Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap aligning with global market trends and technological inflection points
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Architect next-generation AI frameworks integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and human-AI collaboration models
- Partner with product and engineering teams to transform futuristic concepts into scalable commercial solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems ensuring responsible development and deployment
- Represent the company at global tech summits, publish thought leadership, and build strategic industry partnerships

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum AI, AGI development, neuro-symbolic systems, and synthetic biology
