Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems
- Partner with global governments on AI ethics frameworks
- Author white papers on emerging AI paradigms
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies for acquisition
- Represent Nexus at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 10+ years experience in AI research or strategy at top-tier tech firms
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of global AI policy landscapes
- Portfolio of 3+ disruptive AI products or frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging AI development tools
