Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external investors
- Collaborate with academic institutions on joint research initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces and neuromorphic hardware
