Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent practical experience (10+ years)
- Proven track record in deploying production-level quantum machine learning models
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Published research at NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Quantum (2020-2023)
- Experience leading $5M+ AI innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
