- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI, neural interfaces, and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business functions
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and AI researchers
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and research laboratories
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years of AI research experience
- Proven track record of launching AI products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuro-symbolic AI
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
