Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, ethicists, and engineers
- Translate theoretical concepts into practical implementation roadmaps
- Anticipate societal impacts of emerging technologies and develop mitigation strategies
- Present vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026 technology concepts
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough research)
- 5+ years in AI research with published work on emergent technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neural-symbolic AI, and AGI principles
- Proven track record in strategic foresight and scenario planning
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ technology predictions that materialized
