Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 8+ years in quantum/neural systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology forecasting
- Proven track record deploying autonomous systems at scale (10M+ users)
- Deep expertise in federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Strategic advisory experience with G7 governments or Fortune 50 CTOs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware APIs
