Responsibilities

- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 10+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI systems
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
