Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen AI systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors, clients, and industry panels at global tech forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists through scenario-planning methodologies
- Establish industry thought leadership via whitepapers, patents, and keynote speaking
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through stakeholder education and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 7+ years in tech innovation
- Proven expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech implementation
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation projects
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE P7000 series) or futures forecasting
