- Lead cross-functional teams in developing autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for next-gen deployments
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor a diverse team of researchers and engineers in emerging technologies
- Drive patent development in AI ethics and human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record shipping quantum computing or autonomous systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent innovation portfolio
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ technologists
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
