Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI ethics, quantum AI integration, and human-machine collaboration frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-gen AI systems for healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous mobility
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor expectations
- Present strategic initiatives to board members and key stakeholders, securing buy-in for multi-year projects
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to prototype development
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact of 2026 initiatives on market disruption and revenue growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, AI development, or emerging technologies with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $10M+ ARR or equivalent impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and generative AI architectures
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or unicorns
- Strong background in AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field with published research
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
