Responsibilities
- Design and implement corporate AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop ethical guidelines for emerging AI applications (neuromorphic computing, quantum AI)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and anticipate future legislative impacts
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
