Responsibilities

- Advise C-suite executives on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical objectives
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Author white papers positioning Nexus as a thought leader in AI ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proven track record in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, IEEE 7000)
- Expertise in fairness metrics for ML models (disparate impact, Aequitas toolkit)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and policy landscapes
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder ethical decision-making processes
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed)
- Strong programming skills in Python for bias auditing workflows
