Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with policymakers on emerging AI regulation standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and translate into actionable strategies
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI development
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google Responsible AI)
- Published work on AI ethics or relevant conference presentations
